Victoria's Secret 2014 Fantasy Bras

It is apparently “every model’s dream to wear Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bra,” says Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio, and this year the lingerie brand is making two models’ dreams come true. That’d be Ambrosio herself and fellow Angel Adriana Lima, though it turns out both have already worn the Fantasy Bra in Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows already — getting the honors again presumably makes it one of those repeat dreams you have because you keep eating the same kind of cheese thing at night. 

Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima certainly did the extraordinary items justice as they took to the catwalk at London's Earl's Court on Tuesday evening.

The stunning Brazilian models earned their money's worth as they displayed the skimpy and elaborate creations, revealing their slender and shapely figures for the eager audience.

These women who have been Victoria's Secret Angels for years (Adriana since 2000, Alessandra since 2004) - were adorned with large, flowing capes matching the colour of their underwear.

The 2014 Fantasy Bras cost a cool $2 million each, People reports. Described as a “mirror-image” pair even though the cup detailing looks different on each, the bras are literally dripping with jewels and crystals — 16,000 per piece, on 18-karat-gold string no less. They reportedly took 1,380 hours to make, which is incredible.

Ed Sheeran was the lucky performer who got to sing for the striking stars as they made their way down the runway, looking perhaps more resplendent than they ever have before.
